Daiquiri

Ingredients:
  • Lime Juice, 30 ml,
  • White Rum, 60 ml,
  • Sugar syrup, 20 ml,
  • Ice, 1 handful,
Method:
  • Step 1, Add the ingredients and ice to your cocktail shaker
  • Step 2, Strain into a chilled cocktail glass
  • Step 3, Garnish with a lime slice

Long Island Iced Tea

Ingredients:
  • Vodka, 50 ml,
  • Gin, 50 ml,

  • Tequila Reposado, 50 ml,

  • Cola, 500 ml,
  • Lime Juice, 100ml,
  • Lime, 2,

Method:
  • Step 1, Combine the vodka, gin, tequila, rum and triple sec in a large jug, and add lime juice to taste. Add the ice and stir.
  • Step 2, Add the cola, lime wedges and stir. Pour into tall glasses and enjoy.

Mai Tai

Ingredients:
  • Gold Rum, 20 ml,
  • White Rum, 20 ml,
  • Demerara liquor, 20 ml,
  • Lime Juice, 20 ml,
  • Almond Syrup, 10 ml,
  • Mint, a few leaves,
  • Orange, Slice,
  • Ice, 2 handfuls,
Method:
  • Step 1, Add all ingredients, besides the mint and orange, into a cocktail mixer. Fill mixing tin with cubed ice and shake.
  • Step 2, Fill a goblet style glass with crushed ice and strain the cocktail into glass. Add the orange slice and mint.

Mojito

Ingredients:
  • White Rum, 60 ml,
  • Lime, Juice of one lime,
  • Granulated sugar, 1 tsp,
  • Mint, 1 handful,
  • Soda water, to taste,
Method:
  • Step 1, Add the lime juice, sugar and mint to a shaker, muddle (crush) the mint as you mix. If you don't have a muddled, you can use the handle of a knife, pestle or something like a small rolling pin.
  • Step 2, Pour into a tall glass and add the ice.
  • Step 3, Pour in the rum and stir. Top up with soda water.

  • Step 1, Blend all the ingredients in a blender until smooth. Pour into a tall glass and garnish.

  • Olive, 1 Black or green,
  • Ice, 1 handful,

  • Step 1, Mix ingredients with ice
  • Step 2, Strain into a glass and add the olive

  • Step 2, Add the other ingredients, shake and strain into a glass full of ice.
