Dark n' Stormy

  • Dark rum, 50ml,
  • Lime, 1 ,
  • Brown sugar, 1 1/2 tsp,
  • Ginger beer, Splash,
  • Step 1, Muddle (crush) 4 lime quarters add the brown sugar.
  • Step 2, Add the dark rum, fill with ice and shake.
  • Step 3, Strain into a glass of fresh ice and top up with ginger beer

Irish Coffee

  • Whisky (Irish Whiskey of course), 50 ml,
  • Double cream, 2 tbsp,
  • Freshly brewed black coffee, 150 ml,
  • Brown sugar, 1/2 tsp,
  • Nutmeg, Pinch,
  • Step 1, Whip the cream, then set aside.
  • Step 2, Pour the hot coffee into a mug/heatproof glass, add the whiskey and sugar. Stir until the sugar has dissolved.
  • Step 3, Carefully add the cream on the top (so it floats) and sprinkle with nutmeg. Serve hot.
Prep time: 5 mins
