Fireman's Sour

The fireman's sour cocktail is believed to have been created in the early 1900s when grenadine was becoming a popular addition to cocktails.

Ingredients

  • White Rum

    50 ml

  • Lime Juice

    75 ml

  • Caster Sugar

    1 tsp

  • Grenadine

    10 ml

  • Soda water

    25 ml

  • Ice

    1 handful

  • Step 1

    Shake ingredients in a mixer

  • Step 2

    Strain into a glass half filled with ice
